As every year, the Naia Museum, the museum and gallery of imaginary art in Rochefort-en-Terre, Brittany, celebrates Halloween with a special event. This year, however, brings a brand-new format: torchlight guided tours and a storytelling evening dedicated to the internet’s most infamous urban legends — the creepypastas.

Storytelling Night – Creepypastas
On Friday 31 October, writer and storyteller Quentin Foureau will lead two sessions of narrated walks through the museum. Following the success of his 2023 performance, Foureau returns with brand-new stories written especially for the occasion.

These modern tales draw inspiration from the world of creepypastas — eerie, urban legends born and spread online, blending fear, mystery, and imagination, particularly loved by younger generations.

Torchlight Guided Tours
On Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 November, visitors will have the chance to explore the museum plunged into darkness. Guided through the rooms and equipped with torches, they will discover the museum’s artworks and artistic movements from a completely new angle, quite literally.

A Museum Dedicated to the Imaginary
Founded in 2015 by artists Manu Van H. and Patrice “Pit” Hubert, the Naia Museum is a unique place in Europe — a museum-gallery devoted to the Arts of the Imagination.

It showcases around 300 works by more than 100 contemporary international artists, featuring worlds and styles linked to fantasy, the fantastic, visionary art, science fiction, and other alternative realms of artistic fiction.
Through an immersive and dreamlike journey, visitors are invited to confront the marvellous, the strange, and the unexpected.

With over 25,000 visitors every year, the Naia Museum is steadily establishing itself as a must-see destination for lovers of the Imaginary and visionary art.
