One thing for sure, the Mondial du Tatouage always manages to amaze the public. Tin-tin has always been at the helm of the show: every year he welcomes artists and judges, checks everything goes like clockwork in La Grande Halle de la Villette and applauds every single show.

The headliners of this three-day event were the tattoos and tattoo contests. The jury was composed of Luke Atkinson, Mark Mahoney, Filip Leu and Kari Barba: big names on the international scene, tattoo artists themselves, as well as historic figures in the art.

There were over 400 tattoo artists present and the ink flowed freely between one show and the next in a party atmosphere with a huge crowd.

The most prestigious award, the Best of Show, went to Sebinkme (Noir Charbon) and Bichon Tattoo, both French, who in the course of the three days created a tattoo together: two faces kissing in the Graphic stle with black lines and just a touch of colour stretching over the entire body.
